The Product Integrity Manager will manage all aspects of our product safety and product quality compliance programs while providing support and guidance for internal partners within zulily. This role will help ensure Mom receives products she trusts and expects by implementing policies and procedures that support compliance efforts.

• Build, implement, and maintain programs that promote both product safety and product quality
• Manage processes that support zulily vendor expectations and requirements
• Document, update and maintain policies and procedures
• Own and manage risk assessment for a diverse variety of products
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to ensure compliance standards are met
• Make recommendations to company leadership in the areas of product safety compliance and product quality
• Assist with other compliance and operational activities as needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 4 years of program management experience in a large organization
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results across multiple business units
• Experience working with product quality and product safety regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and high degree of organizational skills
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product quality experience with manufacturer or private labeler
• Strong understanding of laws and regulations applicable to the retail sector
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing both compliance and quality program
