Successful candidates will be self-starters that can handle the demands and data of a multitude of photo sets while maintaining strong communication, are detail-oriented and have a passion for photography with a creative eye. Primarily a technical role, this position will work along side of photographers in the studio.

* Accurately upload flies, ensure precise file naming conventions and management on sets ensuring the integrity of files being produced on set * Coordinate with photographers and other studio teams to identify existing process bottlenecks and rapidly deploying scalable improvements * Manage communication between studio and the merch teams in a timely manner resolving issues * Manage production set schedules * Collaborate on the development and implementation of workflow that streamlines the image upload process from multiple studios * Coordinating with software development team to implement continual system innovations * Support all technology on set, and constantly look for new hardware and software solutions * Recommend operational and procedural changes to improve speed, quality and cost of service

* Mastery of Capture One Pro * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite * Proficiency with color management workflows from capture to output. * Knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems. * Proficient in a variety of DSLR digital camera systems * Knowledge of photography lighting and grip. * Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Excel * 2 year or 4 year degree in photography and/or related field * A proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
