Responsibilities
* Develop Zoosk's strategy for growing and engaging followers across all of our social media channels * Develop and grow Zoosk's Ambassador program * Constantly monitor Zoosk's performance on social media channels and develop our best practices * Oversee and create written and visual content to post to our social media channels, including videos * Come up with creative ideas for partnerships in social media * Keeps a pulse on current events and trending topics * Know how to work with a budget and manage Facebook and YouTube promoted content * Work closely with Joan Actually, our in-house dating expert, on ways to effectively leverage her content * Work effectively across Zoosk's Marketing and Communications team, as well as other teams within the organization (like HR and Customer Service)
Ideal Candidate
* 1-3 years of experience in social media and community management * A passion for social media personally - you should be someone who loves tinkering with your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. * Knowledge of the social media metrics to measure success * Creativity and flawless writing skills (no typos!) * Organized, with a strong ability to plan ahead, multitask and meet deadlines * Strong sense of what makes something visually appealing for both photos and videos * Polished presentation skills * Bachelor's Degree or higher required * Experience managing an Ambassador program of some sort is a huge plus!
