Senior Accountant

Do you want to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? San Francisco based Zoosk is searching for a Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for various balance sheet as well as various ad-hoc projects.

* Responsible for fixed assets including capitalized software, lease accounting and corporate accruals * Research and implement relevant technical accounting guidance * Month-end close procedures including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and analyses * Responsible for preparing and filing various tax reports * Support audit requests * Continuous process improvement and ad-hoc projects

* BA/BS in Accounting or Finance * 2+ years relevant business experience in Accounting * CPA and Big 4 (preferred) * Excellent written, verbal and communication skills * Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining organization and control * Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment * Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills * Highly organized with great attention to detail
