* Design usable, high performing, beautiful visual designs for web and mobile applications * Create flow diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to convey key interaction strategy * Articulate design decisions and collaborate to iterate on designs * Work with developers to solve techincal constraints * Contribute, through design a complete and wholistic user experience * Tackle complex product problems and solve them creatively while balancing business goals * Manage your project from inception to development hand-off * Document and share visual systems you build and expand * Follow UX best practices

**Must Have** * A highly collaborative approach, both with other designers and with stakeholders * Ability to receive constructive design criticism * A strong online portfolio with an emphasis on UI design, icons, illustrations, and layout * Comprehension of and desire to simplify user flows on all Zoosk app platforms * Good time management skills * Good written and verbal communication * An understanding that design decisions are balanced with business goals and requirements * 3+ years experience designing responsively for web and mobile including iOS, Android, and Touch experience * Experience in contemporary and legacy design tools such as Sketch, Adobe CS, etc * Experience with cross-platform and responsive design * Experience and desire to create marketing graphics as companion to features **It's Cool If You** * Brainstorm through sketching * Dabble in CSS * Enjoy design mentorship * Know something about animation * Tinker with new apps and tools * Participate in hack-a-thons * Respect and follow Design Thinking
