Systems Engineer- Mobility/End User Computing Management

The Systems Engineer (SE) works in partnership with Zones’ Enterprise pre-sales team to help drive the expansion of infrastructure solutions within a region and/or market. With the primary objective being to increase the growth of revenue and margin for hardware, software, and services and other advanced technologies, the SE will focus on bringing deep technology solutions to Zones customers primarily in the area of servers, storage, networking and other advanced technologies. The SE- Mobility & EUC is a post-sales resource that implements effective infrastructure solutions and will be responsible for planning, designing, as well as supporting deployment efforts for our clients for the delivery of project-based assignments including proof-of-concept, analysis, design/architecture, deployment and support.

* Develop detailed project plans and procedures using build software release packages utilizing standard templates * Implement project plans following deadline based objectives * Deploy software packages * Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps * Can effectively manage multiple projects and provide daily status reports * Delivers solutions through building consensus in both business and technical perspectives * Troubleshoot devices, wireless, and mobile solutions as needed * Responsible for setting wireless and mobile device standards to align with short and long term strategies * Maintain the security and integrity of personal computers throughout the enterprise * Act as a consultant with end users to identify and recommend hardware and software requirements * Perform hardware and software research, analysis, design, testing and installation of supported hardware and software * Develop detailed project plans and procedures * Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps * Support and Escalation Engagement * Demonstrate knowledge of the virtual desktop evaluation process, from business requirements, desktop assessments through product evaluation * Work independently and manage a small project with various constituents * Participate in customer and team relationship building * Travel 25% Through Seattle area * Ensures effective coordination and support between account teams and supporting technical resources * Responsible for delivering both core implementation solutions (Build) as well as incremental consulting solutions (Plan & Manage)

* BA/BS in related field or equivalent training * Strong communication skills with the ability to related technology capability into solutions for business needs * Ability to describe mobility features and functions at a conceptual and technical level * Technology Focus & Requirements * 5+ years planning, designing, implementing and optimizing mobile device environments **Experience with and certifications for:** * Apple * JAMF * MaaS360 * Microsoft * MobileIron * VmWare/Air-Watch * Citrix Netscaler/Xenmobile * Meraki * Aruba * Aerohive * Cisco WiFi & Security * Juniper PULSE * SolarWinds * KONY * Knowledge of virtual and physical MDM topologies and network topologies utilizing on-premise, hybrid, and pure cloud deployments * MDM best practices and procedures with servers, networks, operating systems, API's, applications and virtualization systems within in a heterogeneous environment * High availability clustering, data replication and disaster recovery strategies for business continuity * Mobile devices and operating systems, including Apple iOS/OSX and Windows 8.x+ * Expert with Mobility Management (MxM), including MDM, MEM, MIM and MAM * Access control methodologies and implementation * Asset tagging and tracking processes and application * Leadership for Enterprise-level mobile device initiatives * Ability to explain the pros and cons of each MDM platform with regard to varying requirements * Ability to describe mobility features and functions at a conceptual and technical level **Certifications** * CCNP Wireless or equivalent desirable
