System Administrator

Zones simplifies information technology by providing end-to-end capabilities and acting as a singular point of contact for hardware solutions and software licensing.

As a member of Infrastructure Engineering in Information Technology group, you will be responsible for infrastructure projects lifecycle. This includes Designing, Implementing, Maintaining, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of systems and network devices located on premise and in cloud.

• Design management and automation solutions for virtualization and cloud services with Office 365 suite, including exchange in Hybrid environment
• Install, configure and maintain systems in a Windows, Linux, and Network environment
• Perform problem resolution and provide 24-hour on-call support for computer/network systems (rotation basis)
• Configure and troubleshoot issues with VOIP using Cisco UCCX, Unity and UCS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / related field or equivalent experience
• CCNA/MCSE preferred

Required Experience:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Minimum of 3 years of Hands on experience in following disciplines
• Public & Private cloud setup and management
• Virtualization with VMWare or Hyper-V
• Exchange/SharePoint/Office365 suite
• VOIP using Cisco UCCX, Unity and UCS
• Plan, implement, maintain, and administer current Microsoft servers

Preferred Experience:

• Linux/Unix servers with command line tools (e.g., awk, sed, grep, scp, ssh)
• Cisco network devices (routers, switches, Firewall)
• LAN/WAN using routing/routed protocols, MPLS and iSCSI SANs
• Netbackup, Jboss, IIS, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX
• Scripting using VB Script, PowerShell, and command line
