Materials Coordinator

Coordinate proper inventory transactions associated with MRR 's, RTV 's, Scrap. Review and resolve inventory transaction errors. Assist with Physical Inventories. Work independently as well as with others. Communicate effectively with Purchasing, Production, Planning, Inspection, A/P.

• 35% Associate MRR to correct PO for Return. Work with Purchasing to acquire RMA from supplier. Do RTV and credit transactions. Verify counts and box up material for Return shipment.
• 25% Perform routine book to physical inventory reviews of various inventory locations, investigate variances and perform appropriate adjustments as necessary .
• 20% Organize MRB material and MRR's daily. Work with SQE and MRB personnel.
• 10% Research improper inventory -PO receipt transactions and correct. Research A/P and PO discrepancies and correct.
• 5% Perform Scrap transactions to appropriate accounts. Disable units and box for appropriate disposal. 5% Work with Device tracking coordinator to account for Scrap units

• 3 years experience in manufacturing environment: doing transactional activities including stockroom, inventory and purchasing receipt transactions
• Skilled in research and problem solving
• Strong organizational skills
• Desire, willingness and ability to work in a fast paced , multi-tasking environment

Education Requirements:

• BA/BS preferred
