Device Testing and Deployment Specialist

The Sales Evaluation Device Testing & Deployment Specialist is responsible for performing evaluation device testing and accessories as part of a resource pool for evaluation device deployments in support of Sales opportunities.

• Work with ZOLL Evaluation Pool, Sales, Support and Administration groups as it relates to customer communication, expectations and performance.
• Ability to perform testing and accessorizing activities on ZOLL product.
• Ability to perform deployment related activities such as unboxing equipment, installing accessories and testing in accordance with functional practices.
• Ability to work seamlessly and quickly within Sales, Support and Administration, Service Depot, and Manufacturing Operations environments. Perform selected transactions in Salesforce.com and Oracle.
• Manage equipment necessary to perform responsibility in compliance with the ZOLL Quality System (e.g. Calibration).
• Escalate customer requests such as product configurations, evaluation durations, service requests, and customer complaints to the appropriate Manager.
• Assume additional responsibilities as necessary at the discretion of the coordinator.

Required Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to meet objectives
• Administrative and Organizational skills.
• Experience with ZOLL's preventative maintenance and testing procedures a definite plus.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office

Required Experience

• High School diploma and 2-3 years customer service experience
• ERP (Oracle) experience preferred
• Microsoft Office proficient
