Bilingual (French/English) Channel Marketing Specialist

Provides marketing support and lead generation activity for ZOLL Canada Distribution sales channels, including territory managers, manufacturer reps and distributors.

* Provide marketing and sales support to Territory Managers, manufacturer representatives (MRs), and distributors in Canada. * Develop lead generating activity (direct mail and email campaigns) for end-user prospects in both the Public Safety and Alternate Care divisions. * Work closely with the Sales Development team to monitor lead to opportunity conversion rate and provide analysis reports on progress. * Help to coordinate and develop marketing tools, trade show support, literature development, presentations and publicity activities. * Assist and support educational seminars and classes for the training and engagement of the Canadian distribution channel as needed. * Act as primary marketing contact in Canada for specified MRs and distributors. * Provide sales and marketing data analysis as needed for all channel elements. * Coordinate order and marketing activities with customer service. * Provide superior sales support by answering questions/resolving or elevating issues with all channel elements and end-customers.

**Required Experience** * Bachelor's degree or College equivalent required * 5 plus years of marketing experience -distribution experience a plus. * Bilingual in French Canadian or French and English * Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills. * Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills. * Translate marketing content from English to French **Travel Requirements:** * Up to 30% annually - mostly Canada travel
