Training Associate

Our next Training Associate will be someone who will design, deliver and create high quality, engaging learning experiences for members of Zillow Group's sales support teams. You will facilitate training in a large-scale classroom setting, with small groups, in a virtual classroom environment, and in 1:1 coaching sessions. You will be responsible for building a positive, engaging learning experience that holds our organization to high standards for performance and reinforces Zillow Group's core values. This is a high-visibility position that provides a great opportunity to learn how the Zillow Sales Support organization works while developing your training design, delivery, and coaching skills.

Develop instructional content according to Zillow Group design standards. Work with leadership to identify gaps in training delivery and implement creative solutions. Deliver training content in classroom, small group, and virtual classroom settings. Identify struggling learners and provide additional 1-1 practice with feedback as necessary Provide feedback to instructional designers on curriculum gaps. Some travel will be required to visit multiple training sites as needed (approximately 30%)

* You have exemplary presentation and communication skills * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability * 1 year of experience in training, coaching, or employee development * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field * Proficient in MS Office applications
