Senior Visual Designer

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to help create digital experiences and produce marketing materials for Zillow and Zillow Group (corporate brand

* Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborative discussions with members of the product and marketing teams * Own and manage multiple campaigns and projects across different areas of the brand * Develop design guidelines, patterns, and component libraries for the product and marketing teams * Create and advocate for consistent experiences across multiple features to align directly with business goals * Provide deliverables to key stakeholders, including wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity comps, and final digital assets * Promote qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform campaign optimization efforts * Gather and prioritize feedback to continually improve the design process and quality of work * Mentor and guide design team members in best practices

* Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Visual Communication Design or Interaction Design roles for consumer-facing products and brands * Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a design-related area of study * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong visual design fundamentals with attention to typography, layout, color, etc. * Strong understanding of usability standards for web and mobile * Proficiency in standard design software and tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, etc.) * Experience with video and motion software a plus (Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, etc.) * Experience with prototyping tools a plus (InVision, Principle, etc.)
