Director of Product Manager

* Create and analyze new product ideas, test and make analytical judgments to redefine the industry * Develop the vision for new products, working cross-functionally with Program Managers, Designers, Dev and Marketing Leads, Sales Executives and other top leaders to align vision and drive execution * Design go-to-market plans for large features/launches * As the liaison with other marketing teams, conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand, and grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits * Drive consumer research, and lead the analysis of competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right feature set to drive engagement and usage on Zillow * Develop business cases & models based on data driven assumptions * Manage a team

* Strong experience in either product management, product marketing, or brand management * Proven experience creating and delivering consumer products * Bias for action – we move fast and think big * Passion for empowering users with amazing products * Strong quantitative and problem solving skills; high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills * A natural collaborator with a proven ability to work across teams to get things done * Graduated from top-tier MBA Program preferred
