Proactively identify and create meaningful client leads.

Lead strategic discussions with our clients – about their vision, their business opportunities, and their innovation agenda.

Frame up opportunities for our clients; produce well thought through, client specific perspectives and project proposals, presentations and meetings.

Guide internal conversations around value propositions, work with team members on approach, craft proposals, and ultimately close new deals.

Work with Ziba’s leadership team to seek out new opportunities that align with our core values and desired areas for growth.

10+ years of experience in a strategic consulting firm, a creative agency or similar business.

Experience in account and business development.

Passion for exploring strategic opportunities for client businesses and for defining consulting engagements to realize these opportunities.

A track record building and expanding new client relationships and for sourcing, developing and closing new business.

Deep understanding of Innovation, Development and Design, and the ability to speak the language of the discipline, to designers and industry alike.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

A team player approach, humble, courageous, not afraid to take chances. Able to listen and learn.

MBA (preferred).
