Responsibilities
- Contribute to analyzing client and customer needs to generate technical and user requirements that inform design. - Identify where the strategic use of real-world prototypes will add the most value to your project. - Efficiently translate architecture and interaction models into interactive experiences to both facilitate design ideation and for real-world deployment. - Be an effective ambassador between design and technology, collaborating with external development partners to reinforce design intent as it transitions from concept to reality. - Communicate confidently and effectively across a variety of mediums including writing, speaking and motion. - Eat and breathe web technologies essential for dynamic, responsive user experiences, including (but not limited to): Git, Angular, SASS, HTML5 and the Terminal.

- A middle to senior-level Front-End Developer - A detail-oriented digital craftsman. - Interested in evolving your design skills via contributions towards future products, platforms and services. - Passionate about the role technology plays in bringing dynamic web and mobile experiences to life. - Knowledgable about how technology constraints and capabilities impact the end-user experience. - Not just a developer, but an integrated part of your design team who constantly looks for better ways to work. - Not just a maker, but also a teacher to both your clients and your junior designer peers. - Comfortable with lean design processes. Comfortable working in cross-disciplinary teams in a variety of fields. - Hard-working, humble and intensely curious about everything.
