- Display a passion for coding
- Own problems, develop solutions and mentor and inspire other developers
- Wear multiple hats in a sprint cycle, from a product owner to an architect to a coder
- Innovate and collaborate as part of a larger multi-location Engineering Team
- Interface directly with other functional groups, including our customers, product management and DevOps to identify and define features
- 5+ years experience in:
- Javascript/jQuery
- HTML5/CSS3 development with responsive web design
- Interaction design
- MVC frameworks
- Design principles such as layout hierarchy, typography and color
- Cross-browser testing
- Chrome Dev Tools/Firebug
- Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud
- Strong communications skills
Knowledge / Experience with these a plus:
- CSS Frameworks (Bootstrap/Foundation)
- JS Frameworks (Backbone/Ember)
- Content Delivery Networks
- Subversion
