Warehouse Associate, II

To carry out the functions involved in the Distribution Centre including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.

* Proficiency in basic work instructions for functional assignments with DC (inbound, picking, ). * Responsible for training Associates in basic work instructions for functional assignments within the DC (inbound, picking, ). * Fully functional and capable to support/coordinate operations in the absence of Senior/Team Lead. * Control pending, receiving and validating deliveries of products. * Processing Goods Received Notes and rejecting non-conformances. * Label and locate received products. * Quality Assurance check dispatches. * Control carriers dispatch systems. * Control systems locations and stock rotation coordination. * Identify and communicate any problems to the Senior/Team Lead. * Support performance improvement initiatives, working together with colleagues on change management processes, proactively identify areas for improvement within assigned processes and work closely with other warehouse resources to implement effective solutions.

* 1-2 years of experience in similar job. * Reach or Counterbalance (incl VNA) License. * Basic Computer literacy - Microsoft Office & ERP system. * Language requirements as applicable locally. * High School diploma or GED.
