Supervisor, Manufacturing

Provide leadership and supervision for manufacturing on the night shift. Supports continuous improvement of productivity and efficiency as it pertains to the manufacture of labels and tags.

* Supervision of direct employees on the night shift. * Ensure materials and jobs are completed and data recorded accurately. * Monitor and provide training, resources and/or appropriate disciplinary action to ensure production and quality standards are met. * Interacts with other shifts, planning and warehouse to ensure customer shipment requirements are met.

* Minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. * Experience in printing / label industry preferred. * Demonstrated ability to lead change and improvement activities. * Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certifications a plus. * Must be able to communicate effectively at various levels of an organization. * High School Diploma
