• Regular onsite attendance
• Respond to member requests, problems, and complaints over the phone and online; directing them to the proper person for specific information and assistance
• Order Visa, Visa Debit, and ATM cards and pin numbers; reorders for lost/stolen cards
• Responsible for maintenance on Visa, Visa Debit Card, and ATM accounts
• Verify Visa Debit and ATM reports
• Monitor and verify Visa, ATM, and Visa Debit Card accounts; Falcon Alerts; Cam Alerts, and Fair Isaac Alerts
• Responds to employee and members questions, requests, emails, concerns, and complaints
• Solve members problems with regards to statements
• Counsel members with Visa problems that cannot be handled by tellers
• Post to various general ledgers
• Wire transfers
• Verify New accounts, Joint owners, Payment Cancellation and close accounts

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• 1 year customer service
• Teamwork
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Personal interaction
• Basic knowledge of debits, credits, understanding of standard calculations using a 10 key calculator

Preferred:

• Previous financial institution experience
