The Sr. Software Engineering will participate in development of our internal Sales Platform working closely with a team of software engineers and will be actively involved in defining, designing, and coding the sales application to support our sales team. The responsibilities include: - Implement requirements and prototypes in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/Angular. - Coordinate development of functional applications, prototypes, and features. - Solve difficult problems with elegant and practical code. - Ensure design reviews and code reviews providing best practices to the team. - Drive design and implementation to transform sales experience system and associated applications. - Manage cross system dependency with other Application Managers to create an integrated solution to optimize sales experience. - Coordinate and work closely with lead architect and technical team to drive solution design and implementation. - Provide support troubleshooting and initiate enchantment for sales application on the ongoing basis. - Use Agile SCRUM to deliver solution with high level of flexibility and practices in test-driven development

- Minimum 3 years' experience as Sr. Application developer or Sr. Software Engineering - 5+ years combined web application development, preferably using Ruby on Rail, and JavaScript/Angular - Experience with SalesForce or other enterprise CRM systems - Good understanding of Sales tool architecture, design, and function - Experience with the Agile and Scrum development methodology - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills - Demonstrated experience in developing business and operational processes. - Ability to work with technical team to drive new implementation as long as support daily function of the system - Strong communication skills. Must have the ability to grasp complex issues and translate them into easily understandable terms. Excellent writing skills a must. - Strong initiative and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects throughout various stages of the project life cycle. - Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on the ability to educate, coordinate and lead interdisciplinary teams through projects of short and long durations. - Ability to interface effectively with team members from all functional disciplines as well as senior management. - Ability to operate in a fast paced, ever changing environment **Education:** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field. Relevant work experience is considered.
