Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a strong "Lead Software Engineer – Advertiser Portal" in San Francisco, CA or Los Angeles, CA who will be resposible for development of YP’s web based Advertiser Solutions - User Interfaces and back end (Node.js, Angular.js).

- Build, maintain and manage short and long term advertiser portal solutions. Drive YP advertiser portals' web strategy - Responsible for developing best in class experience through responsive web pages that excite, appeal, and drive a differentiated customer experience. - Ensure scalable sustainable development processes, procedures. - Drive test automation strategy, work side by side with Testing team. - Technical oversight of developed solutions. - Coding and development - hands-on development experience to work with the team. Provide regular updates on progress and outstanding issues. - Possess technical/functional expertise and knowledge - Support agile software development process

- 10+ years of experience in software development - Expert in web development (Node.js, Angular.js, Javascript, HTML5 / CSS / JSON). - Good understanding of data stores like MySQL, MongoDB, Redis. - Proven background contributing at the managerial and hands on level. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Data Structures, OOP concepts and algorithms. - Strong communication skills - Experience in Agile software development as well as TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration. - MS / BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related IT disciplines. - 7+ years of experience in managing software projects
