Call Center Trainer

Responsible for delivering high impact sales training for newly hired sales reps in the telesales channel for the Evergreen/Direct Mail team. Charged with the facilitation and execution of on-going development that accelerates their sales effectiveness. * Facilitates a new hire training experience that is focused, progressive, innovative, high energy and aligns with the strategic priorities of the business * Ensures program content relative to products, processes and systems is current * Develops and implements highly interactive, creative exercises and experiences (huddles) that build skill, proficiency and confidence * Responsible for pre-training activities associated with the preparation of the classroom and training material * Provides input for consistent updates and adjustments to IST training decks * Involved in new product rollouts or re-launches as necessary * Assists in rep coaching and development when outside of initial sales training * Effective communication, presentation and facilitation skills
