YourMechanic is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who shares our vision to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment at a startup and is committed to creating a top-notch experience for our customers and mechanics.

* Handle customer issues including warranty-related and escalated issues * Facilitate and resolve warranty related customer issues * Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction * Work with technicians on the field to ensure timely resolution of customer issues * Provide technical support and advice to our team of mobile mechanics

* Demonstrated excellence in working as a service advisor providing customer support and handling warranty claims * Past experience as an automotive technician * Master level technician a plus * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to take ownership of work and multitask in a fast-paced environment * Positive can-do attitude * A team player and understands that there is no room for ego
