Usability Researcher with QA experience needed for a 6+ month opportunity with Yoh's client.

- Develop and execute research plans to gather insights, validate business hypotheses and discover usability issues - Validate UX design work by executing or facilitating usability testing - Conduct research using a wide variety of research methodologies including user interviews, fieldwork, iterative prototype testing and surveys - Work as part of a cross-disciplinary team made up of designers, developers, product managers and business strategists - Support projects from brainstorm through implementation to consistently deliver brilliant experiences in a fast-paced, iterative and agile environment - Generate and share key insights in inspiring and creative ways to people with varying backgrounds and expertise - Keep up to date with emerging UX research techniques and tools - Responsible for all aspects of conducting qualitative, competitive or quantitative research: scoping, sampling, recruiting, plan and conduct studies, reporting and engaging with design, product teams to help them identify improvements with a customer focus

- 3+ years of Usability Research experience - 3+ years experience of hands-on UX research, ideally in industry settings. Research focused on e-commerce, consumer, and content-rich products preferred.
