* Design with minimal oversight, execute and analyze data from experiments * Create presentations on data for review and discussion at technical meetings * Make sound scientific conclusions * Prepare complex reagents * Troubleshoot experiments, equipment and techniques to understand root cause of failures and unexpected data * Prepare, execute and document results and deviations from verification and validation protocols * Test automated assay protocols and verify performance * Write and train others to standard operating procedures

**What You Need to Bring to the Table:** * BSc / MSC in biology, biochemistry , molecular biology or related field * 1-2 years of biotechnology industry experience * Proven ability to perform as part of a fast pace, high performing team * Able to multi task and self-start * Working knowledge of DNA hybridization and detection techniques * Ability to execute of standard molecular biology and chemical analysis tools independently, i.e. PCR, gel electrophoresis, UV-VIS * Understanding of liquid handling robots theory and practical application * Background in fluorescence imaging * Clear and concise written and verbal communication * Knowledge of GLP **The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:** * GLP * DNA hybridization * Detection techniques * Gel Electrophoresis * Fluorescence Imaging **Bonus Points!
