Quality Improvement Nurse needed for a permanent opportunity with Yoh's client located in South San Francisco, CA.

- Perform computer-based statistical analysis of data related to the QI program and collect data from one or more sources including outpatient lab, claims and other data sources. - Monitor and ensure the validity of data, utilize data systems to generate, manipulate and analyze data, as well as evaluate reports for accuracy of data. - Perform analysis to determine statistically significant trends in the data compared to industry standards and recognized benchmarks. - Create process documentation for QI/HEDIS activities - Perform other duties as assigned

**What You Need to Bring to the Table:** - Current California RN license - Bachelors in Nursing from an accredited institution is preferred - Minimum of two (2) years of recent nursing experience in managed care or quality improvement setting - Working knowledge of HEDIS strongly preferred - Skilled in written and verbal communication - Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership skills in problem solving - Proficient in Computer and Microsoft Office Applications preferred **Top Skills You Should Possess:** - Quality Improvement Experience - Managed Care Experience strongly preferred
