Project Manager - Engineering II needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Elkton, VA

• Responsible for the development of project scope, upfront planning evaluation of alternative solutions, and preliminary engineering for process engineering/major engineering projects at MMD plants worldwide in support of sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Provided technical support during detailed engineering design, equipment procurement and fabrication, construction and installation.
• Is responsible for successful plant installation and operation qualification (IQ/ OQ).
• Leads one major project and supports multiple other projects simultaneously.

• S., M.S. or PhD in chemical or mechanical engineering
• S. Min 4 years
• S. min 3 years
• PhD Min 0-7 years.
• Previous Project Management experience
