The Market Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and administration of all Branch operations. It is the responsibility of our Market Managers to implement successful strategies that meet and exceed branch sales and profit targets. * Full P&L responsibility of the branch. * Leads branch team by selling, training, motivating and mentoring as well as optimize team performance to attain branch financial goals including gross margin. * Establishes a budget and assists with the development of short and long range growth plans of the branch. * Performance manages staff to quality / quantity performance metrics identified by YLT/operations management. Attracts, hires, trains, develops and motivates/retains staff. * Assists in customer strategizing, planning and delivery for both account management and recruiting functions, including territory management in assignment. * Ensures quality of traffic, interviews and visits are in alignment with marketplace segmentation/skill requirements. * Review, qualify and modify job orders and contractor selection. * Assists in negotiating assignments with clients/consultants to ensure optimum pricing. * Ensure a seamless, superior overall customer service experience in the local market.
Ideal Candidate
**What You Need to Bring to the Table:** * Expertise in IT staffing sales function. Proven ability to attain assigned goals. * Solid understanding of staffing industry practices, metrics and business analysis methods. * Ability to lead a team to success through collaboration * Exceptional teaming and interpersonal skills. * Superior influence-wielding abilities. * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience. * Minimum five years successful IT staffing sales experience. * Supervisory experience preferred. * Strong work ethic motivated by results. **Must be able to perform the following physical and mental tasks:** * Visual Acuity, balancing, stooping, reaching, walking, manual dexterity, grasping, feeling, hearing, talking. * Capacity to think, concentrate and focus for long periods of time. * Ability to read complex documents in the English language. * Capacity to reason and make sound decisions. * Ability to write complex documents in the English language. * Capacity to express thoughts orally. **The Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess :** * IT Staffing Sales * Management * Staffing
