• Responsible for the analysis of polymers, polymer synthesis intermediates and hydrogel polymer materials
• Assisting in the development of various analytical methods including, but not limited to spectroscopy (IR, Raman, UV-vis), HPLC, and GC
• Expected to partner closely with cross-functional team members throughout the organization
• Sample preparation
• Analysis by HPLC, GC, spectroscopy (IR, Raman, UV-vis) and other techniques of raw materials, intermediates and hydrogel polymers
• Statistical evaluation of analytical data
• Communication and collaboration with research and development technical team members across multiple functions
• Organization of laboratory, data, and records as needed
• Report writing

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• BS degree in Chemistry or related field with 4+ years of experience or MS degree with 2+ years of experience
• Experience with Waters Empower software
• Basic statistics
• cGxP experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, spectroscopy (IR, Raman, UV-vis) and data handling (required) in an industrial laboratory setting
• Timely achievement and effective communication of experimental results and resultant conclusions
• Effective collaboration with cross functional team members
• Compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety requirements
