- Responsible for the analysis of polymers, polymer synthesis intermediates and hydrogel polymer materials - Assisting in the development of various analytical methods including, but not limited to spectroscopy (IR, Raman, UV-vis), HPLC, and GC - Expected to partner closely with cross-functional team members throughout the organization - Sample preparation - Analysis by HPLC, GC, spectroscopy (IR, Raman, UV-vis) and other techniques of raw materials, intermediates and hydrogel polymers - Statistical evaluation of analytical data - Communication and collaboration with research and development technical team members across multiple functions - Organization of laboratory, data, and records as needed - Report writing

**What You Need to Bring to the Table:** - BS degree in Chemistry or related field with 4+ years of experience or MS degree with 2+ years of experience - Experience with Waters Empower software - Basic statistics - cGxP experience - Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word - Excellent technical writing skills - Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, spectroscopy (IR, Raman, UV-vis) and data handling (required) in an industrial laboratory setting - Timely achievement and effective communication of experimental results and resultant conclusions - Effective collaboration with cross functional team members - Compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety requirements **The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:** - HPLC - Waters Empower Software - cGxP - Technical Writing
