Summary
Yodle seeks a Product Marketing Manager who is creatively-minded and results-driven. The ideal candidate is collaborative and a strong communicator, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language for a small business audience. The Product Marketing Manager will develop the marketing strategy to drive product adoption, usage and engagement for one of Yodle’s products. This role will be responsible for ensuring successful launches of product features. The candidate should have experience optimizing marketing campaigns that drive customer action.
Responsibilities
* Lead, design, launch and optimize campaigns to drive adoption and engagement of new and existing products and features. * Work closely with product managers to develop go-to-market strategy for positioning, messaging, and pricing of new features. * Enable the sales team to drive revenue, providing them with the tools they need for success. * Develop cross-channel communication strategies to drive engagement across all stages of the customer lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, usage and retention. * Work with design and UX partners to create compelling emails, videos, and website content that drive action. * Measure and communicate the impact of all product marketing efforts.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a B2B and/or technology marketing environment * Outstanding communication skills, including strong writing abilities and proven experience in making complex subject matter accessible to a broader audience * Creative thinker with the ability to come up with concise & compelling marketing messages and “out of the box” ideas * Experience with email marketing and marketing automation including A/B testing, delivery, trigger-based, targeting, customer segmentation and analytics/performance management * Excellent organization and people skills; ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace * A proven track record of converting marketing plans into measurable results with specific KPI’s * Enthusiastic self-starter with a willingness to operate at both highly strategic and very tactical levels * Flexible cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment Experience working closely with product teams preferred
