Engineering Manager in Test

We are searching for an Engineering Manager in Test who wants work on state of the art quality and continuous delivery challenges. * Empower agile teams to own product quality through fully automated certification, deployment, and monitoring tooling * Identify and own engineering themes to allow our continuous delivery pipeline to scale with our growing engineering team * Mentor Junior Team Members that are embedded in agile teams to elevate quality in their respective areas * Be a hands-on technical contributor in a lead capacity. * Be responsible for hiring, promotion, performance feedback

**Requirements:** * Demonstrated leadership in empowering others to own quality in a fully automated and scalable process * Experience in agile, continuous deployment environments * Experience in building software from a development and testing perspective * Experience with testing theory, including unit testing, functional, and integration testing * Experience with DevOps tooling (Puppet, Foreman, PAAS, Docker) a plus **Minimum Requirements:** * Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Science, preferably C.S. * 5+ Years of experience in a Software Engineering role (Software Engineer, Test Engineer). * Proficient in at least 1 programming language (Java, C, C#, Python, Ruby, etc.), Linux Systems, and SQL. * Minimum of 2 year experience in a senior/lead engineering capacity
