Digital Project Manager

As a Strategic Project Manager within the Professional Services Organization you will work closely with leaders in Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, Tech and Support to understand customer goals and then create and manage project plans designed to implement the products and services our customers have purchased on time and on budget.

* Work with the sales, solutions, product, account team and customers to develop implementation plans with clear scope, time, resourcing, deliverables, requirements, owners, budgets, and schedules to seamlessly deliver products and solutions to our customers such as marketing/analytics dashboards, website development, SEO/SEM campaigns, systems integrations, display advertising, and email marketing. * Implement project plans by tracking action items, communicating updates, updating project boards, conducting design and implementation reviews, researching, resolving issues, responding to inquiries, and coordinating/assigning deliverables with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered with quality while on schedule and budget. * Work with internal and external stakeholders to orient them on the implementation plan to ensure a successful delivery. * Complete various implementation tasks including: * Document setup instructions across several tasks in writing and delegate tasks to project stakeholders. * Work with customers to define editorial guidelines for content writers, design consultations for creative specs, story mapping for systems integrations, and other parameters for strategic implementation of our products. * Conduct calls with customers to receive input or approvals needed to move the project forward and provide status updates. * Work in an agile environment with development, creative and production teams to appropriately define and prioritize project deliverables to ensure timely and quality completion. * Assure quality by developing and completing user acceptance testing while maintaining project and technical documentation. * Ensure proper documentation of all decisions, outcomes, next steps, status and updates to project plans. * Create and manage project workbooks via excel for account setup information. Use scalable formulas such as VLOOKUPs, IFERRORs, and more as needed to merge data sets across multiple data sources. * Provide regular updates to leadership and other stakeholders on at least a weekly cadence. * Work on various company improvement initiatives as assigned by leadership. * Ultimately be accountable to the successful implementation of products and solutions for our customers.

* 5+ years working in a fast-paced and independent environment * 5+ years working in the Digital Marketing Industry as a project manager, including 1+ year working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and website management with hands-on experience of implementing technology products for use by external customers * Excellent internal/external communication and presentation skills, highly refined interpersonal skills * Have great relationships with the internal project teams, so that people want to work with and for you * Ability to adapt to frequent change, problem solve, stay calm under pressure, navigate through loosely defined project parameters, ability to build great rapport with customers, attention to detail, be an enthusiastic leader able to inspire those around you, deliver under tight deadlines, manage conflict effectively, and be responsible to ensuring all parties are kept up to date on all aspects of the project * Ready to jump in and help out on areas outside of your immediate team * Strong working knowledge of Yodle products and service tools (Centermark, Yodle Live, Salesforce, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc) * Bachelor’s Degree * Project management certification preferred
