Responsibilities
Responsibilities: - Build and lead the Yext Digital & Creative Services Team (digital design, interactive development, copywriting, video production, and project management). - Drive innovation and differentiation of the Yext brand. - Effectively implement Yext’s brand and marketing strategies for products, verticals, events, and brand initiatives across the globe. - Lead design and development efforts in support of all Yext paid media and owned media including, but not limited to, web properties, print collateral, presentations, content marketing, and Geomarketing.com. - Manage digital and creative project business requirements, scope, timelines, and budgets. - Continually look for ways to optimize digital design, interactive to improve performance. - Provide forward-thinking creative leadership by fostering collaboration across the organization. - Lead by example through the hands-on production of key projects.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements: - An energetic, flexible, and approachable work style. - 8+ years experience at a marketing tech company, digital agency or client-side creative group, creating and directing a broad range of work from print to digital to mobile to broadcast. - Positive, proven leadership of a 8+ person creative team, driving innovation and brand differentiation while meeting budget and deadline expectations. - Extraordinary conceptual, design, and communications skills. - Hands-on experience strategically developing creative solutions and campaigns across print, websites, landing pages, mobile apps, digital ad units, out-of-home, tradeshows, events, corporate identity, and direct mail. - Expert knowledge of creative process, the Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate a compelling vision and strategy. - Proven ability to collaborate with teams outside of marketing (Sales, Product, HR, and Partners) in ways that support and enhance their efforts. - Experience with martech or B2B software product marketing and packaging a plus. - Exceptional copywriting and editing skills a plus.
