**RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS** - Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, researchers, strategists, and digital teams. - Partners with clients to bring their visions to life by managing projects and achieving business objectives. - Solid understanding of CAD modeling and rendering, construction methodology, and manufacturing processes. - Ability to take the initial concept though to the final stages of development as a lead designer. - Highly organized with strengths in developing the project framework and managing external vendors. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material and technology trends in the market and translate them into new concepts.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE** - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design strongly preferred. - Must have 5-9 years of product development experience or related field. - Experience leading a team of designers from initial research to concept generation to implementation. - 3D modeling and prototyping experience is necessary. *Interest and/or experience in the digital and/or strategy space preferred.
