Senior Design Researcher

**RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS** - Conduct ethnographic research for actionable outcomes - Develop research activities for consumer insights and opinions - Communicate with consumers through conversation and interviews to determine design requirements - Utilize research insights to inform design processes and strategic branding decisions - Communicate with store managers and employees of retail stores to gain better insight into consumer needs - Ability to share research findings and strategic output through written and visual components to company stakeholders - Travel required

**QUALIFICATIONS** - BA/MA in Design, psychology, research or related program - 5+ years in design research, strategy - Previous experience at a design consultancy is a must. - Proven experience as an Ethnographer, able to uncover values and opinions of the consumer - Demonstrated management of multiple projects whilst setting research goals and priorities - Experience collaborating with and guiding multidisciplinary teams throughout product evolution - Familiarity with Microsoft applications
