Responsibilities
* Responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, maintaining, reviewing, and providing technical support services for computer and telecommunications systems and users. * Requires advanced business and technical project coordination. * Exercises sound independent judgment with minimal direct supervision. * Activities include analysis relative to designing, developing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic systems as well as plan, execute, and finalize projects.
Ideal Candidate
**Education:** * Bachelor’s Degree in related field or a 2 year technical degree with 1 year of experience required. **Experience:** * 2-4+ years in Clinical Information Systems or related field. **Licenses/Certificates/Registration:** * Current Washington State driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage. **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:** * Knowledge of: various hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting techniques, clinical layout and flow of paperwork and traffic, and assessing various equipment and procedures and making recommendations. * Skills in: requirements gathering and documenting clinical and business processes/procedures, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff at all corporate levels, communication both oral and written sufficient to exchange or convey information, receiving direction, analyzing and resolving system problems, and providing training. * Ability to: prioritize tasks and projects, assess problems and develop effective solutions, work with difficult people in a positive pleasant manner, and use good listening skills.
