The People Team Intern will be involved in the assessment, design, development and implementation of strategic programs for complex, high impact initiatives that advance the company's employee value proposition. Your efforts will help management teams across Yahoo to identify and address their key people related issues. In this role, you will work with People Team leadership in an increasingly more data-driven organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving innovation and change throughout the People Team by leveraging their skills, leadership experience and business acumen to deliver smarter and more efficient solutions. * Assist in developing and improving our Employment Brand by driving user engagement through social media. * Manage reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure efficiency and effectiveness across our organization * Collaborate on the development and implementation of programs and solutions to improve performance and processes. * Support the day-to-day duties and projects of the team

* Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, academic program at an accredited college or university. Rising juniors preferred * GPA of 3.5 and above * Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership * Great attention to detail * Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment to achieve results * Strong verbal and written communication and follow up skills, including ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
