National Service Trainer

The qualified candidate will be responsible for aiding in the development of the training modules for all aspects of the Godwin Pumps Product Family.

* Performance of varied duties as assigned. * Knowledge of the Godwin Pump Product Family. * Experience with Godwin service procedures. * Primeguard experience. * Troubleshooting skills with Godwin Pump Products and diesel engines. * Deere Service Advisor and Cat ET experience a plus. * Travel required up to 3 weeks per month both domestically and internationally. * Ability to work well under direction and follow schedules and outlined training procedures. * Excellent communication and writing skills. * Willingness to explore new ideas and adjust current service procedures.

* Ideal candidate has thorough knowledge of the Godwin Pump family of products and Diesel Engine experience with a minimum five (5) years experience working as a pump and diesel mechanic. * Experience in all aspects of repair and maintenance of Godwin Pumps or similar product lines and diesel engines. Demonstrated skill set in all aspects of equipment repair. Valid driver’s license. Self Starter with the ability to follow projects from inception to completion. * Disciplined perseverance; internal motivation; routinely achieves established objects; gets the job done. * Organization, including multitasking, prioritization and time management skills. Works to meet or exceed existing quality standards with excellent mechanical aptitude * High School or Equivalent
