* B.S in Computer Engineering * 10+ years overall experience * 5+ years experience in the design, development and deployment of SalesForce platform, 1-2 years in Force.com platform * Hands-on experience in UI Lightning component, or, Visual Page. * Knowledge of Force data model * Familiarity with apex web services * Knowledge of PaaS & Cloud Architecture * Experience working in scrum teams * Excellent communication skills * "Winning Together" mindset, consistently put org goals ahead of individual aspirations * Certification in Salesforce * Lightning UI experience * HR Systems Experience
