Quality and Data Manager - Supply Chain

• Consolidating, tracking, trending, and reporting quality and process data creating reports from the available data on a timely basis
• Assisting in the implementation of short and long term strategies to meet the Company and ISO needs
• Develop and implement automated reports as needed
• Perform software validation activities as required to ensure compliance for spreadsheets and databases
• Assist Process and Quality Management in all phases of the departments activities including cost reduction activities and process improvements
• Assist in maintaininAssist Process and Quality Management with audits, assessments, and surveillance (ISO)
• Other activities as needed to support business needs.

• A Degree or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience analyzing data including database architecture and function and report template development
• Microsoft Excel/word, pivot tables, etc.
• Extensive use and knowledge of spreadsheets, graphics, and data processing platforms and applications
• Working knowledge of statistical analysis (e.g. SPC, cpk, etc.)
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Mathematical / trending skills
• Must be a US Citizen or US Person
