**Customer:** * Single point of contact for respective accounts * Coordinate recurring business report out * Administer external processes based on program business rules **Support staff:** * Control payroll to support budget requirements * Oversee Supervisor functions for quality and performance assurance * Provide adequate resources to maintain internal and external quality trends * Develop training path for support staff * Coordinate actions resulting from employee displinary issues **XPONLM:** * On call support 24/7 for critical issues * Ensure operating system(s) are functional * Maintain network status controls and out of compliance report out * Maintain escalation process for internal and external customers * Maintain action item log * Provide best practice recommendation(s) * Coordinate cross functional problem solving initiatives * Maintain quality operating process documentation * Coordinate administration functions required by XPO * Participate in company initiatives for budgeting, efficiencies, RFQ responses and new customer implementation

**Required Skills:** * Business administration * Problem solving root cause analysis * Communication- Written and Oral **Required Education:** * A minimum of 5 years industry supervisory experience o And/or Associate degree in Logistics or related field **Preferred Education:** * Bachelor degree in Logistics or related field
