• Support Dispatcher in their duties of dispatching trucks to meet our customer’s requirements.
• Make appointments for pickup and delivery and update systems in accordance to company standard.
• Keep track of empty container availability and ensure container is picked up within 48 hours of notification.
• Provide customer support as needed
• Assist with receiving and order complete driver’s paperwork daily.
• Order Trip and/or Overweight permits as needed.
• Forward POD’s on various web billed accounts online sets.
• Monitor import container releases from the pier/rail to prevent demurrage.

• Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Required Experience: 1 year experience

Desirable Education/Experience:

• College degree preferred, minimum 1 year transportation experience
