* Support Dispatcher in their duties of dispatching trucks to meet our customer’s requirements. * Make appointments for pickup and delivery and update systems in accordance to company standard. * Keep track of empty container availability and ensure container is picked up within 48 hours of notification. * Provide customer support as needed * Assist with receiving and order complete driver’s paperwork daily. * Order Trip and/or Overweight permits as needed. * Forward POD’s on various web billed accounts online sets. * Monitor import container releases from the pier/rail to prevent demurrage.

* Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum Required Experience: 1 year experience **Desirable Education/Experience:** * College degree preferred, minimum 1 year transportation experience
