Controller

Xometry is looking for a tenured Controller to oversee all daily accounting operations.

* Management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition * Management of payroll * Preparation of timely financial statements and balance sheets * Support the month-end and year-end close process * Tax preparation * Oversight of the audit process * Execution of all financial planning activities, namely the budget process * Management and leadership of current staff accountant * Prepare internal and external financial reporting for management team review, board meetings, and investor presentations

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance highly preferred. * CPA certification required * 5-7 years of relevant experience * Big 4 accounting experience * Experience as a controller in a small to mid-sized company * Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and QuickBooks * Experience with one or more ERP systems * Experience migrating from one ERP system to another
