Senior Financial Analyst

This position is part of the Manufacturing Finance Team. In addition to standard accounting activities, the individual will partner with various groups and provide detailed information and insightful analysis regarding Standard Costs.

• Month/Quarter end close activities
• Quarterly standard cost calculations and updates to Xilinx systems
• Account reconciliations and audit schedule preparation
• Process improvements to the costing system

Education Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance

Years of Experience

• 3+ years of Cost Accounting or Semiconductor industry experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Access is preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Essbase/SmartView preferred
• Strong problem solving, business acumen, teamwork and communication skills
