Summary
We are currently searching for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Software Acceleration Product Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will work with customers, our sales force, marketing and engineering to define roadmaps and will have responsibility for the strategy, business plan, product rollout plan, and marketing. This individual should have an entrepreneurial spirit, technical competence, and initiative. Creativity, good listening skills, inquisitiveness, business insights, and decision making ability are critical for success.
Responsibilities
- Discovering applications in Xilinx focused markets that can benefit from FPGA acceleration using the software defined workflows - Creating collateral highlighting software application acceleration on FPGAs - Defining software libraries strategy for enabling adoption of FPGAs in software defined workflows - Working with engineering, ecosystem partners and segment marketing counterparts - Writing marketing requirements documents - Managing outbound communications - Creating Go-To-Market strategies including field and ecosystem enablement - The position will include some travel.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent customer interface skills - Team player - Well organized and ability to multi-task - MSEE or equivalent - Experience defining marketing requirements and involvement in product planning - Embedded systems and real-time operating systems experience - Experience using or implementing libraries for creating graphics, DSP or HPC applications - Understanding of FPGA and SoC architectures / benefits - Low level experience on using ARM, DSPs, multi-core CPUs or GPU development boards
