Labs Research Intern

Xilinx Research Labs is seeking an intern to work with us in the Colorado office on an exciting new project applying Python and real-time operating systems to embedded System on Chips.

The internship would last 3 to 6 months with opportunities to present work internally, partner with external collaborators and contribute to open source projects. The successful candidate will have close mentorship here at Xilinx and opportunities to develop their technical knowledge.

Job description includes:

• Enhancing and contributing to a Python environment for ARM based System on Chips.
• Learning and applying real-time operating system support across processors and programmable logic devices.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional senior undergraduate or post-graduate student in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Python & C.
• Experience with embedded Linux programming (real-time OS knowledge and/or driver writing experience).
• Excellent communication, teamwork & problem solving skills.
