Training Specialist

* Responsible for eLearning instructional design, LMS administration, updating the on-line support library, and training delivery * Responsible for developing training curriculum and courses, including new hiring training and on-going product, system, and procedural training * Responsible for scheduling, delivering, and evaluating the effectiveness of classroom, webinar, and e-learning training * Develops, administers and continually enhances e-course content * Applies Adult Learning Methodologies and applies ADDIE principles to all course creation * Performs routine needs analysis and recommends/implements solutions to close performance gaps * Creates and maintains standard operating procedures for course content development * Constructs curriculum and learning program structures within the LMS * Tracks and reports on training activities in support of compliance and audit requirements * Builds and schedules instructor-led classes and ensures course test results and course completion is recorded within the LMS * Assists with user acceptance testing * All other duties as assigned

* Bachelor’s Degree in training or related field or commensurate year-for-year training experience in adult education * Prior LMS Administration and E-Learning development using industry standard authoring tools (Camtasia, Captivate, etc.) * Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Demonstrated knowledge of ADDIE design model * Ability to work both autonomously and in a strong team dynamic with leadership and SME’s to meet training and organizational goals * Outstanding communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly matrixed organization **Other:** * Healthcare knowledge and/or experience a strong plus
