Fraud Investigator

* Ensures accuracy and completeness data. * Performs clerical tasks in the data entry function. * The transactions processor investigates cardholder claims of fraud. * Reviewing the documentation sent in by multiple sources the investigator will initiate and complete an investigation into cardholder claims of fraud due to either stolen lost or counterfeit cards. * May deal with local law police departments as well as other law enforcement agencies. * May deal with Card associations to report fraudulent transactions. * All other duties as assigned.

* H.S Diploma or GED * Be at least 18 years of age * Must pass criminal background check and drug screen * Must be detail oriented * Good verbal/written communication, customer service skills, and the ability to analyze, organize and present information * Requires strong interpersonal skills, as well as problem solving skills, math aptitude * Microsoft Office experience required and proficiency in Excel is a must
