Fraud Investigator

• Ensures accuracy and completeness data.
• Performs clerical tasks in the data entry function.
• The transactions processor investigates cardholder claims of fraud.
• Reviewing the documentation sent in by multiple sources the investigator will initiate and complete an investigation into cardholder claims of fraud due to either stolen lost or counterfeit cards.
• May deal with local law police departments as well as other law enforcement agencies.
• May deal with Card associations to report fraudulent transactions.
• All other duties as assigned.

• H.S Diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
• Must be detail oriented
• Good verbal/written communication, customer service skills, and the ability to analyze, organize and present information
• Requires strong interpersonal skills, as well as problem solving skills, math aptitude
• Microsoft Office experience required and proficiency in Excel is a must
