Senior Marketing Analyst

Our client, a top promotional/experiential agency, is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Analyst who will help take the data and turn the information into a story for the team & clients. This role will be helping to organize and understand data details- and interpret the information and insights into recommendations that will influence campaigns, events and initiatives!

- Understand & analyze data to give recommendations for spends, tactics and market suggestions - Use multiple tools & systems to pull details/data from - Be the leader in helping the agency develop best-practices for reporting optimization and implementations of findings - Be the voice to take data/numbers and translate them into results-oriented actions/directives for creative executions - Take ownership in reviewing results and helping utilize reports to improve success

- 8-10+ years of experience working in analytics (within a marketing team) - Experience in data manipulation and tools - Experience working in market research - Experience working with consumer research & insights - Any experience from the CPG, Retail or spirits industry preferred (but not required) - Marketing analysis experience within SQL or EXE - Working knowledge of Tableau preferred (but similar tools also ok) - Guru working with Excel - Experience managing a team (or junior Analysts)
