Summary
Loads, unloads, and moves materials from laser burner by performing the following duties, and sets up the brake press with parts to meet schedule.
Responsibilities
* Attends job during the scheduled work hours. * Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved. * Unloads material from laser, verifies quantity, quality and places material on storage racks. * Moves materials, product to brake press, spot welder, and designated areas. * Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on pieces, pallets, or racks. * Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together. * Operates forklift to assist in loading or moving materials and products. * Maintains kanban. * Keeps sorting area swept, clean and organized. **Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities** * "Other duties may be assigned."
